07/31/05 - SoloRacer.com driver Shchipkov wins 2005 OVR Governor's Cup!

Congrats to Team SoloRacer.com driver Alex Shchipkov on his win at the 2005 OVR Governor's Cup. Alex bested Mike Smith in the finals to take the overall win.
